He was born in 1977 in Gümüşhane. He completed his medical education at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and earned the title of Medical Doctor. He completed his specialty training in Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital, Ear Nose and Throat Diseases Clinic.
